Your satisfaction is important to us. We are more than happy to return or exchange items in unused condition if your order is unsatisfactory within 30 days of the purchase date. You may bring the returns back to our store, or mail them to us in a proper shipping box. If mailing them to us, please return shoes in the shoebox as well as a shipping box. Enclose a copy of your receipt along with the item. If mailing in your return, send the item(s) to:

Your refund will be mailed to your address within 5 business days of receipt of your return.

Exchanges are handled in the same way as returns, with one notable exception. EFM will honor exchanges with your reciept up to 60 days after the initial purchase. If we do not have an item to exchange, we will have to attempt a return. If the exchange is attempted beyond 30 days but within 60 days, and EFM does not have an item in the store that meets your needs for the exchange, the manager on duty will use their discretion to determine whether or not to allow a return instead. The manager’s decision in this matter is final.
